Refund policy

We hope you love your Bellybunny purchase!  If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right.  Here are our guidelines for returns.

  • If you receive an item that has a defect or we sent you the wrong item, we apologize and ask that you email us a picture showing the problem/defect within 48 hours so we can resolve it right away.  
  • Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.  Refunds are issued back to the payment method used.  Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. 
  • Items must also be postmarked to be returned to us within 7 days of your RMA authorization.  
  • You must provide the Order Number to make any type of return (i.e. refund, store credit or exchange).
  • We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been accepted.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items that are not in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. 
  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
  • Hair accessories, are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit due to health and hygiene concerns.
  • Items that contain smoke or pet odors.
  • Items that arrive damaged.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions or for any reason at our sole discretion.  We do not offer price adjustments.
